I have purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND 2 G7102 Smart phone 1 year and six month before,but now I have facing lots of problem during handling of this phone i.e. SIM 2 Slot not working/not detected the sim in this slot and also Auto ON/OFF( SWITCH OFF),Phone Hang some times ,so I contact the Authorized Samsung servicing centre, they says Mother board was not working and you have to replaced it and its cost about 7000 to 9000 Rupees and I have purchased this phone 12,950 Rupees .I have also insured this phone through APPS DAILY 1599 but the Warranty from both Samsung-company and APPS DAILY was only 1 Year.So I have facing trouble.
