samsung galaxy grand – no action is being taken for my complaint

I have been giving complaints regarding my handset samsung galaxy grand for the past 7 months still problem is continuing.I have submitted my handset to the service center on 30th dec 13 till now i haven’t heard anything about the set.Just once i got a call from the company asking me to explain what is my complaint. after that i didnt get any news regarding my phone.Please arrange a refund for this set asap else replace it with different model.If replacement is done i need warranty for that handset starting from the day it will be handed over to me as iam submitting my phone every now and then to the service center i have not been able to use my phone for most of the time since the day i bought it.And kindly let me know what action is being taken
