Samsung Galaxy – hanging problem no proper response

I had bought a samsung Galaxy s-advance I9070 mobile phone which had some hanging/lagging problems on contacting the service centre of samsung I got a very cold response and misbehaviour on part of service executives. kindly gind details in the attachment letter which was sent to Samsung’s ceo office.

Samsung should work out something so that customers dont have to feel disgusted. the quality of after sales services should be improved. samsung should change policies like 1. wipe data only after you r sure that it will solve the problem. 2. shouldn’t open the set if only software issue is there. 3. atleast show empathy towards cutomers (even if the dont have) who spare their time to get phones serviced. no body wants to waste time in a samsung service centre unless its so important. 4. this time samsung should be fined for thw poor quality of service. 5. dont know how they can help my problem as I have lost any trust in the company.
