Samsung Galaxy -Mobile Non Functional – No Service

I had ordered for a Samsung Galaxy Duos S6572 on the website and paid Rs. 8499 (less discount of Rs.350) for on 4th June. I want to request to take the product back and give me a refund for the following reasons – 1. I am not able to make any calls nor receive any. When I dial a number it gives a message saying ‘Number not registered on the network’ or the call just keep dialing out and gets just drops out after a few seconds. 2. There is no connectivity with the data though I have unlimited data plan on my cell connection. 3. There are some scratches on the backside of the phone which suggests that its not a new handset which is what was specified in the description. I have already taken the following steps – (a) I tried calling the seller but his cell number shows ‘switched off’. (b) I have spoken to Ms. Deepali on your call center and following up my refund request with this mail. (c) you have the date of delivery of my order as 11 June on your records which is incorrect. I was given the product only on Friday evening (13 June). (d) I have given them several calls in the last 3 months but they have not picked up the product and neither refunded my money.

1. Refund of the amount I have paid – Rs. 8149. 2. Interest for 3 months – Rs. 250 (at 12% p.a.) 3. Charges for the calls made to them – Rs. 500 4. Mental Harassment – Rs. 5000. Total Rs. 14,000
