hello sir i holding new samsung galaxy grand duos i gave for low battery backup but no use i gav three times to service every time they take two days to deliver ma mobile but all d time they telling the same story its in good condition. they also adviced me to dont insert sd card and dont download any apps den for wat fucking reason i get smart phone. i dont want to use apps means a basic model phone is enough know. i have attetched the service center address it an authorised samsung service center in R.S.puram coimbatore.TamilNadu
