I have been giving complaint about my handset samsung galaxy grand that its screen is getting friezed. I even gave two video recording just to show that the problem is there in the set but they are not ready to trust that.Now they require a video of more than 10 20 min. The video i made was solely intended to show that the problem was still there with the set so i made it short now that has become the issue.The technical team is thinking that i am so uneducated that i don’t know the difference between slowing and hanging/freezing.They are telling me to wait for some time after pressing any apps.Need i remind samsung that the video which i have given to them shows that while chatting the screen got frozen.The way samsung is responding is totally not acceptable.when a customer is complaining for the past 1 month about freezing they should take some steps regarding solving my problem rather than trying to reproduce the problem don’t know what difference the 10-15 mins video will make if they don’t believe the videos which i have already submitted.And i have already made it very clear that the freezing problem is suddenly popping up no specific reason no specific time. i don’t know how much time it will take next for the set to get hanged.I request u earnestly that you take steps regarding my complaint. i am totally dissatisfied by samsung’s support team. please arrange a refund for this handset.
I want a full refund or replacement of my handset that too i wont take samsung grand as replacement i need a different model as iam not at all satisfied wth this handset
