Samsung Galaxy Note GT-7000 – frequently reboot problem

Hi Sir, As per my assumption “Samsung is leading Brand in Smart Phone Market in all respect like (Product, Service, Quality etc) in India. Company is having Good Market Value”. Based on my assumption we i.e. me and my two colleague are decided to purchased 3 Samsung Galaxy Note GT-7000 dated 07-Apr-2012 from THE MOBILE STORE, Saltlake Store with ( My phone IMEI: 351823/05/32047/8) at cost of 32,500.00/- which is not a small amount. We have faced Sever concern related to Mobile Set as well as Samsung Service Centre corresponding representative response as well as the approach to deliver / resolved Customer problem, but we never criticize even though we try to incorporate with Service Representative person. I would like share one of worse our experience i went to nearest Samsung Service Centre for system frequently reboot problem and the solution was given that they will install Galaxy Note II software in this system which was totally ridicules. Now we faced typical problem which was not expected from one of market leading Smart phone maker. We have spent almost 33,000.00/- rupees, but the unfortunately the mobile batter is dire up within 2 years which was not expected from the Market Leading Smart Phone Maker. I am using other brand mobile phone like NOKIA, LG more than 4 years but i didn’t face any battery problem. Some of Indian local Brand Smart phone maker is giving better battery performance than this, then why we should pay 30,000.00/- rupees if battery will not last for at least 3 years. It totally spoils Samsung Goodwill as well as brand value.
