Samsung Galaxy S3 Android Mobile Dead, Firmware Problems – No Customer Care

My Smasung S3 was regularly behaving erratically. Used to hang and restart on its own. I assumed that is the Firmware problem of Samsung. My phone in last week started resetting to factory default on its own and i had to reconfigure the phone and re-install all apps. It have thrice. To clear any flaw i have twice reset the phone using their Kies software. On Sunday (29-09-2013) the phone got stuck at Samsung logo. I tried reloading the firmware and even tried emergency recovery but it failed. On Monday 30-09-2013 i wen to Samsung Service Centre. Informed them the above problem, they said that they will try reloading the firmware. When i informed what all procedures i tried. They told me that due to a software the internal SD memory must have failed. They said the memory chip cannot be replaced and I will have to pay Rs. 9800 to replace the board.

I told them to still try uploading the firmware. When i came back to office i checked on the net and found on several forums that there is a manufacturing defect in the Samsung S3 phones affecting 100s of their phones and they are still working on that problem. So due to their manufacturing defect my phone had failed and i am being forced to pay for their defect
