Samsung Galaxy S3- Dead within warranty period

I bought Samsung Galaxy S3 from the authorise dealer Reliance Digital, Dwarka on 20.08.2013 with valid bill by making payment of Rs.38500/-. However, on 16.04.2013, when the set was put on charging, the phone was dead and could not be turned on. I showed it to Samsung authorised service centre and I am told that the Mother Board to be replaced. As the same is in warranty I thought the repair will be carried out free of cost. But the service centre is demanding money Rs.9000 for the same with a reason that the mother board was damaged due to formation of Moisture in side which is not covered under warrantly. It is rediculous,I have not exposed this expensive set to the water at any point of time nor the set was drenched in rain water. The reason given by them is flimsy and when complaints were made the company Officials claim tht the set might have been used in AC room. It is simply ridiculous and making the consumer fool. Now they negotiate Rs.7000 instead of Rs.9000 demanded earlier. Since the set is defective and the part has to be replaced by them without demanding any payment. Company is avoiding and now they are not even responding to my complaint. The Company is well aware of this problem in the set. There are several complaints by consumers and company is disowning their defect.

I want the replacement of defective Mother Board which is under warranty. The reason attributed by the company is simply flimsy and they should own the defect.
