I am shiva with airtel mobile number as 9963448585 . I had taken a postpaid connection of airtel with a security deposit of Rs.500 and later i migrated from postpaid to prepaid connection as the postpaid bill is adjusted and i have to get the remaining amount and its already completed 4 months but still i not received the refund amount from the airtel .

As i contacted the airtel executive and also appellate authority but they didn’t give any response. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.
