On 28th May 2013 I subscribed the free trial service from Usenet.nl. But later on I felt that their service is not good and I do not want to subscribe it anymore. This trial service is completely free and Usenet.nl made a test transaction of €1.00 EUR from my credit card through Paypal. They promised that they would refund it. But sorry to mention that did not refund it and already I have paid that amount to HDFC. During completing that trial form I noticed that Usenet.nl was notifying “If the customer does not cancel the trial contract within 14 days the account will be automatically upgraded to annual subscription@€99.96 EUR. At this point it is very strange that although they have the monthly tariff available at much lower cost, but why they are offering the up gradation directly to annual pack at much higher cost. As they did not refund €1.00 EUR during these 14 days period of time I thought that probably they are charging my trial period (that means it is not free actually). Two times I tried (30 th April and 2nd may) to cancel my trial account but I did not find out how to deactivate this trial account. As they made this trial period chargeable@€1.00 EUR so I assumed that they will not upgrade it anymore without my consent. On 8th May I became out of station for my personal urgent business. During this period I had no scope to even check my my mail and on 13th in the afternoon I came back and found from my Paypal account Usenet.nl has debited €99.96 EUR. Immediately I made a dispute complaint to Paypal with cPayPal Case ID: PP-002-358-248-856. But still now Paypal has not given me any satisfactory solution.

I want the total of €1.00 EUR and €99.96 EUR back to my account and I have already requested the same to Usenet.nl also but they denied to refund any amount. Till date I have not downloaded a single byte data from my account of Usenet.nl.
