I bought samsung galaxy s4 and few days before display went out. I saw their was some internal crack but no external damage. I went to service centre and they charged me Rs.6480 for changing the display. I protested as their were no external damage why shall they charged me. I inquired the reason of this internal crack and in reply i got that it may be cause of my jeans. As i keep it in my jeans. Why they make such useless phone if it can’t tolerate jeans pressure. They charge like hell and give so useless device which can’t be carried. you can just keep it as show piece in home. I uses iPhone two. It has no problem. I was thinking to buy new S5 for me and my sister. But i will suggest all of you noir buy samsung product. Display crack without and external damage is very common problem in S4. Thats why they are giving ADH, which stands for Accidental Damage from Handling, it resolves the problem which I addressed in 16 countries. But India is not included in the list. I will not buy and samsung product further and say others too. I am really hurt. I expect some serious answer against this writing. my email id i registered with samsung s4.
