As i bought my phone Samsung galaxy s7 edge it had a minor scratch at the back panel but few days ago it showed some technical fault and they said if they will repair it. Now my phone will not be water resistant any more.

I have called complaint care 15 times they said that your phone will remain water resistant but the service centre says it wont. Now complaint care manager is also not ready to talk.

I demand that Samsung repair my phone successfully.
