Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Faulty Handset

I Bought a samsung galaxy tab3 on 5th April , since the first day it is defective with netowrk , so replaced SIM card and carrier in which it took me more than 7 days , just because I was thinking problem is with network provider. And when i said them to replace the handset , miss neelima from head office samsung said , they can only repair the handset and I agreed , and when they replaced motherboard, same day delivered the handset and same issue persists, I called them and now asked for replacement as it has already repaired but samsung is not agreeing to the same.

I had to visit samsung service centre by taking off for 5 days from my office and now they are again asking me to take an off, my mother who was ill had to travel 60 odd kilometres once as well, and handset value is 16300/- , my salary has been deducted for taking off and i have to leave meetings and talk to them dial for hours but of no use.
