I had purchased a samsung galaxy Note 2 from croma e-retail online on 10-07-2014. the product got delivered to me in a couple of days. There were no signs of external physical damages. However the Sim card tray was damaged and the company did not take responsiblity for the same. i got it repaired at my own expense. now its been hardly 20 days, the screen of the handset has suddenly malfunctioned. Also the charger adapter i received was defective and it was replaced. however the replaced adaptor was equally defective. I wish to get a replacement of this handset with a New, proper functioning one.
the handset received is totally defective. I have visited the Samsung service center for all these problems but they fail to respond to it. I want a new handset which does not have any problems.All supporting documents like the Invoice, service Job requests, Invoice of the repaired sim tray etc are available.
