My xolo phone automatically switch off/dead on 01/08/2014 and i deposit my mobile at rajkot xolo care center. And after that i called at Rajkot xolo care but answer was not satisfactory than i called xolo care (180030100104,and they replied that phone was in process of repair at Rajkot. but the care at rajkot said that your phone is in NOIDA, after three days i called at NOIDA, then he replied that the phone was in repairing process at repairing factory (RF). now today NOIDA care office are telling that the phone is not received at RF at NOIDA. They are not confident to give me status of my phone after 11 days of deposit at rajkot care office. There is some issues relating to some famous mobile shops that gives offer that if you purchase mobile from our shop and if any issue come regarding repairing , we will make repair in 7 days other wise we will give you a new piece on eigth day. And they are making repairs in 7 days with the xolo care office, then why are your mobile phones not getting being repaired in 7 days?. Why this type of partiality are being happened in this sectors?. Please refer our complain id with number 661722 dated 11/08/2014 at xolo care office.
i lost my all the data without my fault,and i suffer from last 10 days without my phone and my all work is now stopped.
