Samsung Grand Duos – Ridiculous service

Hi,
i bought a Samsung Grand Duos just 1 month back and the battery is losing charge in just 2hrs. i called up the samsung contact center and they said that battery will be replaced as its under 6 mnths of warranty. I visited the Marathalli Bangalore Emag solutions samsung service center. The way they treated me was like i have stolen someones cell phone and showing it to them.the manager over there Mr.Sudarshan declined the battery replacement and asked me to leave my new cell phone there for 2 days. how can i leave a new cell phone there.i contacted the samsung contact centre again and tehy said that i will receive a phone call from the supervisor in next 2hrs. I had to wait for more than 24 hrs to hear it from the supervisor and he said that if its a new cell phone also nothing can be done and we have to leave the cell phone at the service center.i demanded a new cell phone sayin i will not allow any parts to be replaced on the new cell phone but he said new is nt an option and they have to replace parts.

First of all how can a brand new device not even 1month old can go bad.also how can i trust Samsung people to replace the parts.so I am going to file a legal at consumer court if i am not being provided by a new phone and also complain about the poor service. i have so many products of different companies and this is is the worst service that i have received from any company.
LOST ALL THE TRUST FROM SAMSUNG.
