SBI Cheque Book Not Received – No Customer Service

Sir, i had applied for new CTS 200 compliant SBI Savings Bank Account cheque book in sbi’s pithampur branch on 08/08/2013 since then i am following the staff but they are not taking any step only the customer suffer.

SBI does not take any step in favour of there customer, can you please guide on what do we do ? Hopefully looking at this complaint the SBI staff will resolve the issue.

Dear Sir / madam, i am your home loan account holder on nerul , navi mumbai branch. I stay in thane and worked in bandra, mumbai. It is very difficult for me to go every time to your bank in nerul. Whenever i called to this bank on its landline number, no one picks it and no one gives their personal cell no . Please help me. Sameer
