I bought Samsung Grand Duos handset last year in the month of may approx 1 year till today I’m having problems and problems. I went to service centre for about 7 or 8 times but the problem’s with this handset is not comming to end sometime it have hanging problem some time black out and some time colour of screen got messed up I’m really annoyed with this handset every time I went to service centre I get repaired but after few days it’s the same my hand set has one or the other problem I request you to get my handset changed or do something with it otherwise I’ll not be able to buy handset of your company and not even recommend anyone this is my worst experience I ever had with mobile phones please get some way out for my problem I’ll be very thankfull to you
