Spice MI1010 Tablet – No Customer Service

I have submitted my tablet at Spice Service Centre of following details: Tablet Company- Spice Model.- Spice stellar pad Mi1010 Date of purchase- 17/06/2013 Dealer- SAHOLIC (Spice Group Venture) Order No. 459233 Bill No. 46087 I have submitted the above mentioned tablet for the complaints: – Dysfunctional display in spite of having no any mechanical damage. – Diminished battery back-up (hardly of 20-25 minutes) – Suddenly switched of on 24/02/2014, which did not start in 2-3 attempts. For the above complaints, the tablet was submitted at S. S. Enterprises(Spice/Lava Service Centre), Sahkarnagar, Pune-411009, on dated 25/02/2014. The tablets was submitted for same reason in December at the same Service Centre. At that time also, it took more than one month for me to get back the tablet, and that even with incompletely resolved problem. And now, even after promising to return the tablet in 15-20 days, my tablet has not been returned by them since almost two months. On calling them, they do not reply with any appropriate response. I have called them more than 20 times in last month,but not received any justifiable answer. Being unable to face such brutal mental harassment by the Spice Services, I don’t want to continue with Spice anymore. I want back the amount paid by me for the tablet, along with the interest, as well as compensation for my harassment,during last 3-4 months. I have bought tablet 10 months back, of which, tablet has remained in service centre, for more than 3 months. I haven’t seen such poor quality of customer care service anywhere else.
