Myself Bijay Kumar has bought one Samsung Grand I9082 ( IMEI – 355886059 468184) on 10-02-2014 from Music Den, Lakhtokia, Guwahati vide Receipt No 1497 dt 10-02-2014 After 10 days i came to know that it had some problem with battery backup. I complain to Samsung service center, Jorhat i.e. Siddhi Vinayak Electronics, Jorhat . on that day they just format my new handset and reload the software. But after that also same problem remains. so once again they replace the battery via work order no 37982 dt 21-02-2014 claim no 4169172580 ( Manual Receipt). It works ok for some time but once again same backup problem occurs. so once again they ask me to deposit my handset to service center via work order no 39081 dt 04-04–2014 claim no with no claim no ( Manual Receipt). After receiving the handset on 05-04-2014, one problem occurs that handset get hanged at randomly and the battery backup problems remains as it is. when i complained to service centre, jorhat on 07-04-2014 regarding this they once again told me to deposit the handset. I was totally fed up with the response. So I call to Mr Mainak Chowdhary 9957190780 Area Service Manager, Assam on 11-04-2014 regarding this problem of continuous mental and physical harassment within two months of buying new handset. He also suggested me to handover the handset to service centre, jorhat and he will look after the case. I submit my handset to Service centre, jorhat on 16-04-2014 complain no 4172086226 dt 16-04-2014. But now I am no more interested with the handset to get repair as i have invested Rs 17,500 and Rs 2000 for the accessories. Now once again they are going to repair it and hand over to me. Now I am totally fed with the situation and I want my money back. If the company is not going to return my money back then I will have to go to Consumer Court for legal action for the mental harassment. So, please look into the matter seriously
