Recently got Samsung Grand, within few months charging point stop working. For the same reason we have given phone twice. After last service, when we plugged the phone for charging, back to square one. However, this time they have messed up mother board and they are saying due to my sweat it got damaged. How can it be possible, that sweat can damage the phone to such an extent. Now they are asking for Rs. 6000 to get it fixed, which is absurd. May I please request you to intervene and help me in settling this matter.

I want to have this phone repaired or replaced, without me paying anything.
