I purchased a new mobile on the 12th of July. The first time onwards I started facing difficulty in making voice calls. The call used to disconnect randomly, sometimes in 37 seconds, sometimes in 5min, some time in 8 mins like that. I sent it to the service center on the following weekend. They said the software is upgraded and it is working. I took back the mobile and again it had the same problem. I talked to the dealer, he said he can’t do anything, once the goods are sold. I contacted Sasmung Service center, they took the mobile, kept it for one day and then they informed me that it was a hardware problem and they want to repair it by changing the main motherboard and chip itself. I told them that its a brand new mobile and without no fault of mine, why should I accept a sub-standard piece. Its just that you opened the piece from the box in front of me, doesn’t mean that you handed me the correctly functioning piece. Now, the Sasmung service center guys have stopped calling and am without a mobile for the past 10 days. I purchased a second hand mobile for 200 rupees, which is a shame. Given the fact, that I spent nearly 41,000 rupees to get my Samsung S4 and now am handicapped.
I want a new Samsung S4 mobile, which should be functional. I want the cost of my new second hand mobile, which I had to purchase in absence of my original S4. I want compensation for my mental agony. I have my appraisal due in 1 month and am not able to work efficiently on my projects. I need compensation for that as well. If possible, I want these guys to be put behind bar for one day, so that they realize what real pain is.
