Hello , I Am Abdallah Ibrahim From Hyderabad, Andhra pradesh , India . sadly i have been facing a fraud by a world renowned company SAMSUNG . ill tell you all the story with all necessary proofs . Actually i bought an handset SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 from Reliance Digital , Hyderabad.. i am sending you the photo of the receipt. And that phone worked good. after nearly 5-7 months ( i do not know exact ) the phone got a problem .. the problem was simply it was not switching on . So i went to reliance digital ( from where i brought it ) and they sent me to an authorized samsung dealer —> Mobile Gallery ( Humayun Nagar near Sarojini Naidu Eye Hospital , hyderabad ) they took my phone diagnosed it and told me that they will repair it but for an amount of Rs.550 because they found water in my phone ….. for this there are two complaints of mine 1. My phone is under guarantee. 2. I did not do anything that happened water to get inside my phone!! i can tell you there was no time when water went inside!! So i returned home ( My phone was still with them ) i came home and gave a complaint to samsung regarding this problem and i told them to ask the dealers what had happened and why they are charging me in spite of my phone being under guarantee !! and i got several disturbing calls from them and they instructed me to take my phone from mobile galler dealers and go to another dealer S.V COMMUNICATION . And i went there they took my phone , diagnosed it and told they will repair it but my phone has several problem 1.there was water in the phone which they showed me! 2. mother board was damaged and it will cost me 9200 to repair 3. LCD was damaged which will cost me 5800 Total : Rs. 15000 Now for this i have again two complaints 1. How on earth they ask me this much amount while my phone is under guarantee ! 2. then why did mobile gallery ( first dealer ) asked rs. 550 and s.v communication asked rs.15000. 3.i can unremarkably say that water they showed me was put in by MOBILE GALLERY people!! 4.and everyday i got calls from several people from samsung insisting me convincing me to repair my phone through those dealers and they will give me a DISCOUNT! i mean who needs discount when my phone is under guarentee? 5. when S.V communication ( second dealer ) wanted to book a complaint on internet for repairing my phone they saw that Mobile gallery people ( first dealer ) DID NOT removed first repair receipt i gave them! now they were against me because i took action against them by complaining to samsung. Now my phone is with me . Please take a step against samsung and give justice to me regarding this whole issue! and for your notice i am not the only who got effected my mobile gallery dealers there are many more .
