The company rolled out a plan of EMI scheme on 0% interest on its mobile GALAXY S4 alongwith exchange of old android mobile, and offered to provide it’s S View cover free of cost with a condition that it has to be claimed online. I purchased the mobile with 6 EMI’s of Rs. 5500/- pm and exchanged my old android mobile along with, on 24th July at Chandigarh. on 25th July I claimed the S View cover on their website to which i got a reply. It had a tracking number and a message that the free gift will be delivered within 45 days. Its been well over 45 days and my package hasn’t arrived yet. I have repeatedly complained but the company has not responded in a positive manner. In fact they have been delaying this matter for over a month now.

t is requested to get the free gift delivered as soon as possible and the people dealing with my complaint at their end be reprimanded and the Comapny’s top executives should be introduced to the laxities and laziness of their customer care department.
