Samsung J2 Mobile – Performance Consumer Review

Hello sir I have bought a samsung j2 mobile 7 month ago but now the mobiles wi-fi and Bluetooth isn’t working then I goes to Samsung care and told them fault of the mobile and he gave me my mobile after reset and now the mobile also not working very well so you have to have solve my mobile.


Sir/Madam, I am purchase the mobile 9 moths back.I am loss cash bill .When i am consult Samsung complaint show room his told to me not repaired if bill is not there.But i have the Warranty just small complaint.But his answer is not satisfied. Please give the proper solution how to consult and how to solve the problem.
