I purchased a Samsung Laptop, Model Number – NP350V5C-S0BIN on 19th Oct 2013 (2 days ago) and i started having trouble with it. 1. the CMOS battery is dead and everytime i switch off the system, the laptop time stops there and is not updated. 2. The RAM mentioned in the specifications is 4 GB however, only 2.5 GB approx is usable for running applications. This kind of errors/false information in a system by such a well reputed company is not justified. I am a Samsung Brand Loyalist but this time the company really did wrong and i am really disappointed.

I want a resolution to my problem by either getting the laptop error solved or by getting it replaced. I want the CMOS battery to be replaced and the RAM to be upgraded.
