Samsung LCD Touch Replaced with Fake one at Service Center

SABSONIC is the registered service centre of Samsung mobile products. On 21st of March.2015 (Saturday) I went to this service centre in order to fix my battery issue. I informed that I have done a Factory reset already but it didn’t worked. So the executive told me that they will be fixing it and for that they need 1 hour. I was happy with that. After one hour they did delivered the handset however the problem was not gone. So they decided to keep it back with the same job sheet signed with Not Delivery.

On Monday I called them, it was not fixed. On Tuesday I called them there engineer said the touch of the phone is out of order and for that I need to pay. I said it is not possible I only have the problem with the battery. I have never faced any problem with the touch. Hence I made it clear that I am not going to do anything neither I am paying anything. Wednesday the phone was not fixed. On Thursday the phone was delivered. Indeed the issue was sorted with the battery. But within two days I started facing with the LCD Touch of the phone which I have never faced before. It reminded me that the guy was saying so. And I understood that it is they who have replaced my original LCD with the fake one. I went back to their office had a word with their Engineer – Siddharth Goswami. But he totally disagreed and went on giving rebuttals. I contacted Samsung head office. The senior over there Mr. Ojha was very helpful and polite. Mr. Jha reffered me to Sabsonic head Mr.Guha. Talking to Mr.Guha I found he supports his fake engineer and dont want my issue to be solved. But since I was coming from head office he helped me with another job sheet on 30.3.2015. After two days I went to their service centre again and they said no problem with the set and no body have replaced anything. But I am sure that they replaced my LCD touch because it was new and never damaged before. One of the executives said its second hand touch. When I asked him back whether Samsung provides 2nd hand LCD on new hand sets. He said yes. Again I went to head office. Mr. Ojha was very helpful. He reffered me back to the service centre. But this time the service centre was rude enough and often tried to prove me guilty. Having know way out one of the executives tried to gave me his number telling that he will try what he can do. With all their wrong expectations and awful service I became Sarcastic and told the executive I am keeping the tab here and gifting this to you. And I left with nothing. When I repeatedly asked them about how is it possible that my LCD touch was working fine and never had a problem. It only started giving me trouble after the person from the service centre informed me. They failed answer this question of mine. They gave hilarious answer. No logic. No technical explanation. When I asked is it something like Samsung providing 2nd hand touch on the new Handset? One of the Technician almost agreed to me although never gave me answer..
