Dear Sir, Mentally harassed by Samsung FROM PAST 1 month. I purchased a Samsung LCD TV (LA32D481G4) 2.8 years back for Rs.30000.00,after few days of support i have faced many problem while watching programme but 30 days back suddenly there were sound but no picture so i called the technician who opened the LCD after few minutes of checking he said that it is the panel problem. and told that the panel has to be replaced and will cost me 11000/- for a new panel. I have came to know about many problems regarding Samsung LCD and if i knew it earlier i would have never booked Samsung LCD . but I swear I will never purchase any Samsung product in future. Why should I spent 11000.00 rupees on my 2.8 yrs old LCD.after spending 30000.00 rupees. Request you to please help me in this. their customer care is not providing the contact numbers of higher official of samsung, it is required so that i can escalate the matter to them.
