I serviced my i10 car from A1 Hyundai service centre Ballabgarh in March – 2014. After running the car for around 2500KM i am facing Technical problem (ignition miss) in my car,for this problem I visited two times in May-2014 at the same service center but they were not able to resolve the problem. I registered a complaint in Hyundai Motor India Ltd. They asked me to visit Prestiage Hyundai service center Faridabad. They resolved the problem at that moment of time but after 10-15 days, I again started facing the same problem plus ignition starting problem as well. Now my car is not able to start and its towed down to Capital Hyundai service centre Noida – 83 and they are asking around 50000 rupees to repair my car. If there was such big and huge problem in my car then why it was not informed to me in earlier 4 visits to Hyundai service centre.

Proper investigation of the Root cause and complete repair of the car.
