Samsung refrigerator – Delaying in providing replacement

I had purchased a SAMSUNG double door refrigerator on 2 Aug 2013 from Reliance Digital store in Mahagun Metro Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Model: R559, Model Code: RT26FARZASP/ TL, Serial: R5594PAD604518V. Additionally, I took a two year extended RESQ warranty from Reliance Digital. The refrigerator worked fine for some months till we started detecting that vegetables kept in the mid-compartment gets over frozen. Vegetables get spoiled with access water accumulation within a day or two. We reported the matter to RESQ Engineer, who came to install the equipment. They inspected the refrigerator and made adjustments with the temperature control knob. The refrigerator worked fine for some months till the same problem started occurring in the initial months of year 2014. In the month of April 2014, I raised a request with RESQ again since over-cooling was persisting in the refrigerator. They inspected the appliance and advised me to contact SAMSUNG since the product was in warranty period. RESQ personal helped me raise a service request 8003276004. One Mr. Nakul (8527196940) from SAMSUNG service centre inspected the refrigerator and told me that the temperature detector is malfunctioning and would need a replacement. He sought two weeks time to get the part from SAMSUNG. Nakul came after few weeks and changed the temperature detector located in the inside of the middle compartment and asked us to keep in observation for some days. We found that it was working fine for few days only and the problem again started re-surfacing. I again complained to SAMSUNG customer care, which sent another senior service engineer- Naveen Kaushik (9818844716) for inspection. He made adjustment in the cooling ventilation opening located in the mid-compartment of the refrigerator. He further informed us that since the cooling aperture was wide open, vegetables in the mid-compartment was getting spoiled. On observation for two/three days, we found that vegetable in the mid-compartment were fine however cooling was not happening properly in other parts like fresh room and top chiller compartment. Water bottles kept in the compartment were not getting cooled. On 3 June 2014, I raised another service request with SAMSUNG care- 8421006049, informing that the cooling was not happening in the refrigerator- both in the lower compartment and the chiller compartment on the top. I did report that butter kept in the refrigerator was not chilled, milk was getting spoiled and curds were getting wasted. Moreover the chiller compartment was now taking more time to make ice and in some cases, it was semi-ice only. Mr. Nakul came and inspected the machine and told me that he would need to measure the temperatures at various compartments but was not having the device. He did come back and checked the machine.
