I have ordered (Beats PowerBeats Earphone) and I m received a replica of powerbeat from you. and per product description brand would be Brand:Beats by Dr.Dre Model No.:PowerBeats Which could be find at http://www.beatsbydre.com/earphones/powerbeats/beats-powerbeats.html I believe that your following statement is true Please Note. All products at ShopClues.com are brand new, 100% genuine and come with Manufacturer’s warranty wherever applicable. but the product is totally different from the images you displayed at your web site, like 1) The jack is displayed at your web site is a four pin 3.5mm jack with logo of beat which was allow mic also. but the earphone you send to is a three pin 3.5 mm jack without logo. 2)in the image at your web site its clearly visible that their was a volume controller and mike.But the product you sent to me is not having that. 3) the image at your your web site displayed that some attachment for adjust the cord is there Inline image 1 but the product you send is without this. So many differences are there. it is clearly visible to anyone that the product is you sent is an replica of the original product . and also i couldn’t find following feature as per your web site. Remote control cord. You can adjust your music to find your power song right from the cord. No need to fumble with your MP3 player during your workout. Now here I am requesting to you kindly do return the duplicate product and send the original product or refund my money back. Other wise I am forced to escalate the matter to the company and other relevant authorities.
