the said Packers & Movers deviated no of times from their commitment to deliver my household items & car from Vaishali to Calcutta.They have escalated the value of Rs.40K & finally agreed for additional 25K.Now they are not delivering my car & holding it for last 3 days in Cal & using for for their own benefit.Am ready to transfer the balance agreed amount thou on-line once they confirm that the car will be delivered immediately but they are not willing to do that. Infarct they are threatening & blackmailing me that the unless I pay them in cash the car will not get delivered.They did not even provide me the insurance receipt of 19K which I had to pay for House hold & Car.Have all the communication & quotation provided by them.The few mails are attached.

I want to get the delivery of my car in proper condition ( the way it was taken by them from Vaishali)at my door step immediately along with the receipts of insurance premium paid by me.. He & Allied Logistics Packers & Movers should be punished as appropriate
