I had purchased a hat from STYLETAG.COM – Order no – R760047085 Dated – 21 May 2014. And a total order of Rs. 1,643.90 I am not satisfied with the quality of the product. They are saying that the product they delivered is right. There are 4 photos of the product on the site. Only one of the photo looks like the one I got. But if you zoom in that photo on the site the quality of the photo becomes blurred. Here is the link – http://goo.gl/sWbZ9t So you CANNOT see the QUALITY of the product from the SITE. If a customer is not satisfied of the quality isn’t it my right to return it? They are citing their company policy and saying they cannot accept returns. Also, the hat was only a part of the whole order. I sent them a mail to CANCEL the remaining order – for which I did not get a reply whether it is cancelled or not- whether I will get my refund. I have read similar complaints about STYLETAG.COM and their quality of products on various consumer forums.I am not the only one. The hat which I ordered can be bought from the footpath for Rs. 100 – so why will I pay 559 Rs for a cheap product. I had warned them that I will approach the consumer court – but these people are least bothered. I am attaching the photos of the product on the site as well as the one I got. The last photo is the one I got. It seems like the company is getting away freely since not many people are approaching the consumer protection.This will continue to happen if there is no action taken.
