I purchased samsung LED on 6.3.14 from Hariyana Traders at Gorakhpur at 36500/- but after 3 months in the month of July 2014 my TV display has gone at that time service center replace the Display panel under warranty,but with in 1 year from the date of replacement due to bad quality of product I am facing the same problem, my Tv display has gone again on 14.06.15 and this time company charge me 17114/- amt to repair it as now my TV is not under warranty, which is a big cost for me. Due to the bad quality of product my Tv is not properly working even for 1year .Now when I write a mail regarding my issue to the company they told me that they cann’t repair my TV nither free of cost nor give any concession on the amount. when I told them kindly give me in writing whatever you told me they even didn’t do that and every time new person call me and ask me my concern now i am fed up to tell same each and everything to new person on daily basis from last 1 week but still I didn’t get any solution uptil now.Kindly help me.

For repairing the TV I have to pay 17114/- which is a big amount for me.
