My Samsung 32″ Smart LED TV which I bought paying Rs 40000 is not working as its back light LED panel has failed and it needs to be purchased at Rs 18000 for making it work again. This is absolutely wrong. I expect my products to have a good life and quality which is the reason for buying from samsung. But samsung has failed in this regard.
I expect while buying a product from samsung by paying Rs 40000, it should atleast run with out major problems for at least a period of 5 years. My TV display failed and it takes me Rs 18000 to work again. This is absolutely wrong. I request Samsung to replace my LED back lit panel free of cost.
