Samsung LED TV – Replacement of faulty part

We had purchased a LED TV set from outside India. Though, the set was within the warranty period the service cebtre insisted that products bought out of India are not covered under warranty. They insisted that the defective part needs to be replaced and that they will charge Rs 5000 as service charges. They promised that the problem will be resolved once the defect is rectified. We agreed with reluctance and paid Rs 6642. But the same problem resurfaced within 1.5 months and we complained again but they have refused to address the same unless we pay them again

We want the problem to be completely resolved without any additional cost and gurantee that the same problem if it recurs within 1 yr would be addressed to. Else we would require the TV to be replaced.
