Samsung LED TV Under Warranty Not Working

We had purchased a LED TV for Rs. 12000/- on 10th Feb-13. We also bought extended 3 yrs warranty for almost Rs 1500/- so that we can use the product hassle-free. The warranty for our product is valid till 09th Feb-17. But now the product has not been working for more than one month now and the Onsite Engineer has reported that this can’t be repaired as the spare parts are not available. And moreover, the company has refused to replace the product.

We are not able to use our product at all, moreover money already payed for DTH connection is also being wasted. We expect the product to be replaced or need full refund for our product.
