I have been trying to update firmware since 2 days. It has been has annoying as I am not able use my phone. I am getting notifications. i tried samsung chat and call center but they were not able to help.
It has been mentally disturbing and annoying as I have to keep on updating my phone.
I have purchased this phone for 6700. Please refund my money. I also claim 10000.00 as compensation in lieu of inconvenience caused.
