This is to inform you that i purchased grand on 6 th may 2014 i am facing problem that some times while making incoming outgoing calls i m unable to receive sound and also mic not working i have reinsert the sim and restart it i have faced problem from the time of purchased at that time i think that i have not inserted the sim properly but after some time problem came again and today also problem came than i visited service centre they have opening the phone physically and said there will be software problem. i have given my hard money to buy a brand new set not form defected set so i request you to provide me doa or i have to take legal action against your company also requested you to call me a soon as you receive my request for brief details also having hang problem customer care/ service centre says its already 20 days we cant help you

replaced with brand new or refund as i have given my hard money to buy new phone not defected or getting irritated by visiting again
