I have purchased a Samsung h set from m/s venues digital arcade on 22/09/2013 for Rs 5300.00 s5222 352274056303311. But it gives repeated problem from the day of purchase.

I have contacted the Dealer and the Samsung Service Center but both in vain. They are not even willing to replace the handset as according to consumer laws they should do it in India because it is under the 12 months warranty.

I am sharing this experience of mine and request you to take strict action against Samsung and all such erring companies so that other users may not face the same problem.
