Samsung Mobile not Delivered by Indiatimes

I had ordered Samsung Galaxy S3 (Blue) through India Times Shopping dt Dec 17th, 2012, through complete online payment. I was informed that my product has been shipped and would reach me by Dec 23rd,2012. But I haven’t received it yet. I have made number of calls/complaints to India Times as well as Delivery( their courier service).

I filed a complaint through mail to customerservice@indiatimes.co.in on Dec 26th,2012, for which they replied by saying that I would receive it by Dec 29th, 2012 latest. But still did not receive it.Then I again filed a complaint through phone on Jan 2nd,2013 with Id – 607760. After which i received a call saying they would respond back, but they haven’t. So I had to cancel the product, because I was tired of waiting and complaining. # Product ID – 3001802890

I want them to refund the amount paid in a day or two, with interest as I had paid through a credit card.
