1)The apps what they had provided were all outdated apps which i had to update later. 2)The battery life is very low as compared to mentioned in the Features brochure. 3)Can’t able to play many videos especially 720p and HD videos as mentioned in their brochure, which are run properly in other tabs of same processor’s configuration. 4)Can’t able to operate the tablet when put in charging mode. The touch screen shows malfunctionality when operated while charging. 5)Sleep button is dysfunctional. 6)It has been hanged many times after the purchase which is around 5 months.

1)I could not able to operate the tab at crucial moment due to hanging down i.e during my examination time. 2)It has led to severe loss of my reputation among my peers which has led to mental harassment. 3)While travelling I couldn’t able to operate it, to get critical information and reply back some important message related to my employment opportunity. 4) After spending lot of money, it has failed me at critical moments. I have chosen this tab because of trusted I ball brand name but this tab is utter failure. I would have chosen the better brands like Samsung. 5)I was kept in dark about the different incompatibility issues related to tab, so that i could made an informed decision. It was breach of my consumer rights.
