Samsung Mobile Refund / Replacement Delayed

Respected Sir/Madam, I have purchased a Samsung Core 2 on 19.10.2014(IMEI NO.-354797064743498) for gift purpose. The mobile was gift packed up to 22/10/2014. The Sim-Card has been inserted on 24/10/2014 and mobile has been put to use from the same day and found hearing issue (voice clarity problem). I reported the problem to service center on 29/10/2014. During that time diwali holidays were also declared. Then after , Service Center made some repair and told me that the mobile is fine…. But After due checking by me, still there was a problem, so they have replaced the motherboard, mic, etc. and told me to check the same. I have again checked and found, the problem was not solved. I again told the same to them but they refused the request and told me that there is no problem in the mobile. I requested to CEO Office to refund or replace the mobile but I was asked to visit the Service Center only. Then with the permission of Shri Sandeep Singh Sir, Sr. Executive, Customer Experience, Samsung CEO Office, I have visited another Service Center and reported the problem, and ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER HAS CONFIRMED THE PROBLEM WHICH WAS EARLIER REFUSED BY THE FIRST SERVICE CENTER. The again repaired the mobile told me to check and the problem was still there. Every-time I have requested Samsung Company to replace the mobile but I was every time told to visit the service center. Finally with lots of frustration on 03/12/2014 I kept the mobile at the Service Center to keep it with them as there is no use of Mobile. Till date the mobile has hardly with me for more than 15 days due to repair or to keep it switched off as no use of it.

Just refund of Rs.8928 or Replace of Mobile with insurance cost. Till date I have not filed any complain to vadodara district consumer redressel forum, but i will file it on 07/02/2015 as the same is conveyed to the Samusung India.
