Samsung Mobile Z3 – Hardware Issue

Sir, I am to draw your kind attention that I have purched a new Samsung Mobile Z3 on 21.06.2016 from DOSHI SALES & SERVICE , VIVEKANANDA MARG. CATHOLIC CHURCH, BALASORE TETAIL INVOICE SL. NO. 8556 WORTH Rs 6900/- NV-3534807220146701. But it is unfurtunate to informed you that the side switch frequently remaining without function. There after I told the Sales Counter they remove the batry and again setup then the switch functioned again occured same problem after 2 to 3 days and I went the sales quanter they told you go to the Costemer Care center. I also went to the Costemer care centre they told you have warnttee period while same problem will occured then come. Again same problems takes place I went the Costemer care the counter bay again removed the batry and replaced the switch started functioning and they told to go to Sabita Behera Counter I also meet her with mobile she told I will load the Soft wire then it will ok. Accordingly they returned the mobile after soft wire load on 1st september 2016. After some about 2days again sqame problem occured for which I became mentally agoney. I request take suitable action at your end early please.
