Hi Sir, I got the SIM on 26/8/2016 and until today my Jio SIM card isn’t activated. I tried calling the customer care number of jio , but there is no response, I request u to activate my sim 70129 15895 and my alternative contact number is 97467 04914 Please solve my issue. Thank You.

Hi, I have submitted my proofs and got Jio sim 10 days ago and still my sim is not got activated. It is really frustrating customer service from Reliance Jio. Is it fake advertisement they are doing to attract customers or what? Why these many days to activate a sim? this kind of poor service for activation itself then how their service will be good after they activate the sim also? I feel it is not worth to buy Jio sim, and it is another failure from Reliance line it happened in 2002. Regards, Ulaganathan
