This is regarding my order for 1 no. Samsung Mpower Muzik CDMA F219 Mobile set (order no.021017269756000, Order Date 22-Nov-2013 16:16:04 PM IST). For that Rs.2680 was paid thru’ CREDIT CARD. The order is still lying undelivered even today (09.12.13). I had enquired about the same on 30.11.13 thru’ message using their website ‘CONTACT US’, which is still unanswered. On 06.12.13, I tried to contact them at several of their contact nos. given at website (022-40226859, 09029095310, 022-42508803/ 42508801/ 42508800/ 42508806), but all the numbers were either unreachable. Due to non-delivery of the item within reasonable time and not receiving any response from them regarding the same, I had asked for cancellation of the order and asked for a refund Rs.2680 paid for the order. To that also I did not get any response.
