I have bought Giordano Set of 3 Trolley suitcase set through ‘Fashion and You’ Website in 2011 and I am very disappointed with the quality of the product. The biggest case, which wasn’t used till date, ripped at the front zipper when I tried to use the front compartment to put some stuff. The medium case was used for the first time in Jul-Aug 2013 for my 3 week travel to USA and the case stitching on the handle side has come off. I HAVE the label of the product, for whatever information you might need for the product details. I am a regular user of ‘Fashion and You’ and do purchase goods online. However after this incident I have no faith in F&Y quality check. The warranties are of no use as the luggage is ripping off in first use, even if it is after 18 months from date of purchase. Is F&Y sourcing rejects and hence marking prices down? Are you a conduit to make all substandard goods reach customers and they are left with no recourse as you will send an auto reply asking to contact company of the goods manufacturer

I would appreciate a response from both Fashion & You and Giordano customer care on this and insist on a replacement/refund of the expenses incurred on the purchase for these two suitcases only from the set of 3
