I have deposited my laptop with known issues of DVD writter not working and Operating system corrupt. Even whatever issue was there as per them they should diagnose and have to let me know in 2 days of time if there is something not repairable and the maximum timeline is 7-10 days for the service.I have never got any update regading replacement of any item. I myself only follow up for the same and they have called me once when i soughted badly. I want to make a penalty of 1 lacs res to them for the bad delivery and not acheivinf SLA for the same

Compensation of 1 lac Rs . As it is mental harassment case.
