Samsung – Newely Purchased defective Mobile

My Self Kunal Pathare i have complaint about Samsung Mobile Model No.GT-S7562ZKAINS. I have recently Purchased Mobile from online website Flipkart Date : 23.06.2013. I paid for this Rs 11,390/-.I use this Mobile hardly 1 Month & Mother Board Fault accured. I have given this mobile to Samsung Service Center in Santacruz (East)Near Station in Hi Life Mall on 27.08.2013. Samsung Service Center member told me that Mobile will repair within 6 to 7 days. But they take long period to repair.They given my mobile 1 month after on 26.09.2013. But within two days from collecting mobile.Again Mobile problem accured. Mobile is not charging after putting mobile on charging for 2 to 3 hours it showing only 0% battery charged.Again i submitted my mobile to samsung service Center on 28.09.2013.they told mobile will repair within 2 days.But now they are saying it will take time to repair parts are not available so it will take 1 week. I fade up from this mobile worked has stopped. Pls do the needful & help from this situation.

I want replacement of my mobile or refund my money.So pls help me out of this situation.
